Born and raised in Southern Indiana, I was shaped early by faith, family, and a deep sense of purpose. A pastor’s kid, I spent my formative years traveling across the U.S., helping support ministry work and building a foundation rooted in service and connection. Married at 20 and now raising two kids, family remains at the center of everything I do.

That same foundation of values and drive led me to found a $10M+ sustainable roofing company, built on integrity, quality, and smart leadership. Thanks to a strong, empowered management team, my business now runs successfully without my day-to-day involvement—allowing me to focus on what I love most: developing people.
